That’s why we’ve created 12 Days of Self‑Care Bingo. A playful, easy way to stay engaged with your mental wellbeing during winter and beyond.
What is self-care bingo?
For each of the 12 days, there’s a simple self‑care activity designed to fit into your day.
Think of it as giving yourself a daily gift – helping bring a moment of calm, connection, or reflection.
How our self-care bingo can help
Each activity has been written by a trained therapist from our Talking Therapies team. Some squares encourage grounding, relaxation to help reduce overwhelm, while other boost your mood, improve connection and help you to do enjoyable activities.
You can choose what feels right for you on the day!
What to do

• Pick one square each day or week — whatever feels manageable
• Celebrate small wins - even one completed square is progress
